FOOD VENDORS:
Please be sure you are registered with Aransas County AND you have filled out the permitting form for the City of Aransas Pass for our 2-day event.
Per the AP building inspector: if you have a pop-up booth and not a truck or trailer, the city will just require your food handlers permit.

THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT
If you are a food vendor (truck/trailer/booth) you will need to have a ARANSAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT. CERTIFIED HEALTH PERMIT displayed, along with your food handlers permit.
The certificate from the San Pat Health Dpt will be given to you the same day you go down to fill out the paperwork and your booth/truck/trailer will be inspected by the health inspector fthe morning of the event. Please abide by the TEMPORARY EVENT GUIDE provided by San Patricio County.
For the City of Aransas Pass:
you will need to fill out a MOBILE FOOD VENDOR PERMIT at least 3 days prior to November 23rd. Please email or call the AP fire marshal (Jason) to set up a time to have your food truck/trailer inspected for your fire safety requirements. If you are out of town, email him photos of your propane, Venta-Hood, and fire extinguishers so he can review them ahead of time, he will do a follow up spot check the morning if the event. Please call the city of Aransas Pass office to let them know you will be attending the Salsa Festival.
